Mindfulness for Business Performance

Group Course

Simply put, Mindfulness is the opposite of Mindlessness! It is being aware of what your mind is doing, why and how that relates to your body, external stimuli, and environments. You do this through meditation and awareness. Fundamentally it is about you knowing what your mind is doing so you can be in control and able to choose how you act and react.

This eight-week course, based on the book “Mindfulness, a practical guide to finding peace in a frantic world” by Mark Williams and Danny Penman ©2011, will teach you how to use mindful meditation to thrive in the next normal and demonstrate how I have used it in some extreme circumstance.

This will be a group course with up to 10 Students for an hour per week via Zoom on set days and times.


Mindfulness for Business Performance

One to One Course

Simply put, Mindfulness is the opposite of Mindlessness! It is being aware of what your mind is doing, why and how that relates to your body, external stimuli, and environments. You do this through meditation and awareness. Fundamentally it is about you knowing what your mind is doing so you can be in control and able to choose how you act and react.

This eight-week course, based on the book “Mindfulness, a practical guide to finding peace in a frantic world” by Mark Williams and Danny Penman ©2011, will teach you how to use mindful meditation to thrive in the next normal and demonstrate how I have used it in some extreme circumstance.

This will be a one-to-one course for 30 to 45 minutes per week via Zoom on a day of your choosing.
